WHY I STARTED ROUNDED SHARPLY

As a hairdresser, I work in one of the most superficial industries that exist, yet I strongly dislike the word “beautiful” – at least in a physical trait sense.

I want experiences and people that speak to my soul, not my personal appearance.

I value self-acceptance, shared experiences for inspiration, human connection, and the notion that anything is possible. These values are what have helped me be successful. I realized that these were the values I wanted to stand out in my business and my life. Sure – at Village Solo we did good hair, but our reviews consistently demonstrate how those values curated an experience a strong community of support.

I’ve always valued education. When creating Village Solo, I wanted it to be a space that supports my team and me just much as the guest. Rounded Sharply was created when I was feeling overwhelmed in my life. I hit bottom. I felt like I was losing myself in my business and my failing relationship. I debated selling the business.

I needed help. I took steps to sort out my life, business, and my relationship with myself.  I knew that with expertly guided direction I would achieve my goals faster and more efficiently. I strongly believe in seeking out experts when we need help – this was no different.

With Rounded Sharply, I use the strategies and tools I learned– from my own experiences, therapy, my coaching program, and shared stories with others – as well as ones I’ve picked up and perfected along the way – to help people like you discover and engage on a deeper level than ever before.
