Tiffany Giovanini - founder
“Whether you think you can or you can’t, you are right”
I am Tiffany. As much as I loved doing hair, my true passion is people. With opening a salon, I wanted to create a inclusive community that supported me, my team, encouraged growth and welcomed in guests.Tucked into the streets of a historic neighborhood in Denver, Village Solo is exactly that.
My business was thriving and yet I felt like I was failing in my personal life.
It was time to pause – to restructure my business and take a good look at my life. I embarked on a journey to discovering me again – who was I besides a salon owner and hairdresser?
Creating Rounded Sharply was to support others in the same journey. A little business, and a lot of YOU.

“Stop apologizing for your emotions”
I am Abbi, a coach for Rounded Sharply. I stand tall and proud behind this movement with my full heart.
I believe in YOU.... as a hairdresser, I’ve always strived to do more than just make your hair look fab... I truly want to give you the space to feel heard, comfortable, inspired, and most importantly loved.... because I believe in YOU.
There is absolutely nothing I want to do more than aid you in igniting a fulfilling relationship within yourself, hold your hand (virtually) on your path of self-discovery and watch you open up to the possibilities your life has for you. Let’s change this world one empowered human at a time.

“Don’t under estimate the power of good hair”
I am Alyssa. I love being apart of Round Sharply and the Village Solo family because I love the community involvement and knowing you have like-minded people who inspire you.
I am grateful that I have been in supportive salons threw out the years, that encouraged me to grow both in the industry and as a person.
I want to spark that passion you have for yourself and your team. Building self-confidence and empowering others to do the same.
